Blockchains for harmonizing European and national legislations: A trade flowchart

We discuss the advantages of jurisdiction organized in the blockchain to achieve the harmonization of national legal systems with the European legal system. For the first time in history, blockchain offers a proper technical framework for the implementation of European legal order, as imagined by the founding fathers of Europe: a complete and harmonious model where there is no crisis among European institutions, national bodies or private economic agents.

Nous exposons les avantages d’une juridiction organisée sur blockchain pour aboutir à une harmonisation des systèmes juridiques nationaux avec le système juridique européen. Nous soutenons que la blockchain offre pour la première fois dans l’histoire un cadre technique propice à l’implémentation de l’ordre juridique européen tels qu’il était imaginé par les pères fondateurs de l’Europe : un modèle complet et harmonieux où il n’y aurait pas de crise entre les institutions européennes, les organes nationaux et les agents économiques privés.
