ABSTRACT={We discuss the advantages of jurisdiction organized in the blockchain to achieve the harmonization of national legal systems with the European legal system. For the first time in history, blockchain offers a proper technical framework for the implementation of European legal order, as imagined by the founding fathers of Europe: a complete and harmonious model where there is no crisis among European institutions, national bodies or private economic agents.}}
